  • Obtaining information from authorities, address research
  • Registration and monitoring of deadlines and court dates
  • Processing incoming mail and reminders
  • Handling debt collection and enforcement matters
  • Preparation of fee statements
  • Correspondence with clients, courts, and authorities
  • Reception and telephone center
