    Customer Support Representative

    Design Group is recruiting for a Customer Support Representative. This position will work remotely.

    The Customer Support Representative is responsible for addressing customer issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner, interacting on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media. This person will support Key Account Representatives, process purchase orders, coordinate new product set up with other departments, and maintain various spreadsheets and reports.

    Someone with excellent communication and organizational abilities will transition well into this role. Our Customer Support Representatives work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, distribution environment with close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to independently communicate cross-functionally regarding large commitments from customers, track availability and expected arrival of new product, create market orders to reserve inventory based on these commitments, and ensure receipt of actual purchase order and arrival of product.

    Candidates must posses a high school diploma. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. In order to be successful in this role, candidates should have 3+ years of experience in customer service, specifically in the consumer goods industry.
