    Fairwinds Woodward Park is now looking for a dynamic, service-dedicated Guest Services Manager to join our team

    As the Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents families and caregivers.

    You will participate as an active member of the communitys management team in developing plans for hospitality services including service offerings, customer communication, satisfaction measurements and input for program development. You will develop strategic networking and alliances with appropriate business partners and vendors.

    This position requires superior communication skills, the ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services (preferred). Previous management experience required.
