Direct Care staff of a 6-bed residential care home for developmentally disabled elders. Assisting in providing comfort and wellbeing of residents. Promoting independence with daily activities and assisting with duties such as light house cleaning and organizing, grooming such as brief changing and daily showering, meal prep, and administering/medication management, and memory care. Working closely with resident(s) with colostomy bags, G-tube feeding, various seizures, as well provided direct one on one care.
