Experience

Work directly with executive team & board members to assist and handle all logistics for critical customer and investor project site visits, develop materials for visit, and ensure all internal participants are prepared for presentations. Develop and participate in company wide Business Operation engagements. Processing sensitive company purchase orders, credit card processing and reporting, executing terms and conditions documents with legal team. Manage office space including maintaining supplies, materials, appearance, anticipating needs and work with all necessary service accounts. Provide administrative support to onsite engineering team members & project managers including freight logistics, purchase orders, record keeping, inventory assistance, coordinate and apply for service accounts as necessary, assist with safety legal and compliance needs. Implementing, and optimizing processes that ensure the efficient flow of resources, materials, information, and activities within the organization.

Education

Associate Degree in Business Administration.
