    **SERVICE MANAGER :** Responsibilities include supervision and management of all shop processes, financials, technician development and customer satisfaction. Position will ensure that the service staff manages the work order process in a manner that produces consistency, efficiency and maximizes customer communication. Position will also review warranty workorders and will work with administrators to maximize recovery. Will work to minimize work-in-process (WIP) carryover, and maintain low last date of labor-to-close timeframes. Additionally, position will manage negative warranty labor and customer labor variances to a minimum through proper job set-up, estimate creation, customer communication throughout service event, and properly closing work orders.

    Prior experience as a mechanic with knowledge in internal combustion engines including gas, diesel and all phases of truck repair preferred. Must have prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing and personnel procedures. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft programs a must. Applicant must be self-motivated, possess leadership skills and have the ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
