    We are seeking an Account Manager- Brand Partnerships to join our dynamic team in our New York office.

    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners, such as Walmart, Sam's Club, and future collaborators, to grow not only their e-commerce business but also to enhance and develop eko's offerings.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO...

    Manage, Nurture, and Grow Strategic Accounts:
    Oversee strategic partnerships with key accounts, including Walmart, Sam's Club, and prospective partners.
    Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth and success.

    Account Management:
    Serve as the primary Account Manager for strategic partners.
    Handle day-to-day communication, recurring meetings, and other client needs.
    Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for partners to address their questions and concerns.

    Internal Project Management:
    Lead and manage all initiatives related to partners through our internal processes.
    Ensure clear processes and the successful delivery of client goals.

    Data-Driven Success:
    Collaborate with our data team to measure the success of strategic partnerships.
    Identify opportunities for optimization and growth within these partnerships based on data insights.

    Supplier Relationship Expansion:
    Collaborate with relevant teams to identify Walmart suppliers who can become direct partners for eko.
    Contribute to upselling and growing these supplier relationships.

    Reporting and Communication:
    Summarize partner updates and progress with Walmart, Sam's Club, and other strategic accounts.
    Share opportunities within supplier relationships with internal leadership.

    Outreach and Customer Engagement:
    Assist in outreach to new customers and potential partners to understand their specific needs.
    Collaborate with the team to position eko as the ideal solution for market demands.
    OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS...
    5+ years of experience as a Brand Partnership Manager or an Account Manager, working with marketplaces or big brands.
    Proven experience in strategic partnership management, particularly with major retailers.
    Strong understanding of e-commerce, data analysis, and technical integration.
    Experience working with CRM systems
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
    Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data for strategic decisions.
    Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.

    Base salary range: 90,000$-105,000$

    Total pay range: 120,000$-130,000$
