Meghan Herlitzka

I am a recent graduate with a B.S. in Genetics and a minor in General Business. I have experience working as a Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant. 

My experience as a Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe at a fast-paced cardiology and internal medicine practice has prepared me for any challenging role in healthcare.  I am adaptable, have great oral and written communication skills, and am extremely organized in all that I do.  Additionally, my B.S. in Genetics has given me research experience and expertise in a very important field in both medical and scientific realms. 

My B.S. in Genetics prepared me with advanced knowledge of genes, heredity, and genetic variation in living organisms, encompassing the exploration of how traits are passed from one generation to another and how genes influence an organism's characteristics, behaviors, and development.

My Minor in General Business offered me valuable insights into the foundational principles and practices of the business world and includes courses in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Management.
