    About the Role

    In this position, you will be responsible for leading the account team members and developing strategies to drive growth for our brand and retail partners.

    Your Team

    Our Brand Partnerships team oversees our ecommerce customers throughout their commerce content journey, aiming to become a top revenue channel for our clients. This team comprises experts in eCommerce, performance marketing, and commerce content.

    What you'll be responsible for and the impact you'll make:

    • Lead a team of account managers/directors to achieve revenue goals for brand and retail partners
    • Strategize at the vertical and account level to provide value to brands, creators, and social communities
    • Ensure operational excellence within your team through effective planning and growth strategies
    • Cultivate executive stakeholder relationships to enhance client partnerships
    • Drive initiatives to propel the business forward
    • Collaborate with product and experience teams to enhance client experiences
    • Foster a results-driven team culture
    • Coach team members to boost performance and growth
    • Establish organizational structures to enhance efficacy and collaboration
    • Collaborate with recruiting on hiring practices to bring in top talent
    • Support Enterprise customers with strategic initiatives
    • Participate in strategy and QBR meetings with enterprise customers

    Your Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience leading account teams and managing sales goals
    • Familiarity with influencers, creators, or affiliate marketing
    • Understanding of e-commerce marketers' perspectives and strategies
    • Proven track record of growing revenue through client partnerships
    • Experience in a growth-stage company aligning revenue teams with goals
    • Proficiency in hiring and performance management, developing incentive programs

    This role offers a base salary range of $220,000 - $230,000 USD per year.

    Howl provides a competitive compensation package including base salary, incentives, and stock options based on individual performance. Sales incentives are also available depending on roles and performance.
