    About GiddyUp

GiddyUp is an end-to-end DTC commercialization platform. Our mission is to help the best products win by connecting brands and shoppers worldwide.

We are disrupting the commercialization model - traditionally, growth starts with funding and brands need large marketing budgets in marketing, creative, media, and agencies to have a high-growth go-to-market strategy. GiddyUp democratizes commercialization - our large network of marketing partners bring innovative products to shoppers through our proprietary performance commerce platform and the market decides the growth trajectory of the products.

Having already generated over $1 billion in sales – GiddyUp's Partner Commerce platform enables brands to develop, launch, and profitably scale partner marketing campaigns across every online channel and international market – on a 100% performance-only basis.

    About The Role

The Performance Marketing Manager at GiddyUp is responsible for the strategic and operational growth of our direct response e-commerce campaigns. This individual will use their expertise in data analysis, performance creative, A/B testing, pricing and promotional strategy formulation, and budget management to achieve substantial growth for the offers and campaigns they oversee.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned strategist with a knack for balancing the art and science of performance marketing, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to create compelling, data-driven marketing strategies. This role necessitates close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, such as vendors, agencies, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with company goals and partner needs.

The Performance Marketing Manager will not only keep up with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, direct response, and D2C e-commerce but also apply this knowledge to innovate and improve our existing strategies and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

    What You'll Do:

    • Performance Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that grow offers and campaigns in your book of business. This includes setting objectives and KPIs, choosing the right marketing partners or traffic channels, and determining budget allocation.
    • Performance Creative: Collaborate with vendors and agencies to develop performance creative that consistently improves ad and funnel performance for our Marketing Partners. Gather feedback and optimize creative consistently to maximize campaign performance.
    • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct regular A/B or multivariate tests on landing pages, and offer strategies with the goal of improving conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and earnings per click (EPC). Use testing insights to make data-driven decisions and enhance campaign performance. Undertake routine funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to maximize performance and KPIs.
    • Pricing & Promotion Strategy: Develop and execute pricing and promotion strategies focused on boosting conversion rates and AOV, leading to commission increases for marketing partners. This includes crafting compelling pricing strategies, bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and merchandising initiatives.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Carry out comprehensive analyses of campaign performance and customer behavior data. Generate insightful reports on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Use these insights to guide future marketing decisions and strategies.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the brand, traffic, product, and other teams to ensure marketing strategies are in line with company goals and partner needs. Facilitate effective communication between teams to achieve a unified approach to improving campaign performance.
    • Learning and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, competitive offers, and best practices in performance marketing, direct response, and D2C e-commerce. Use this knowledge to innovate and improve existing strategies and processes.
    • Agency Budget Management: Manage the agency budget allocated to your offers, ensuring spend is utilized efficiently for the highest ROI. Regularly review and adjust budget distribution based on campaign performance and strategic needs.
    • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
