    Description

    Join the collaborative and passionate company environment at B6 Real Estate Advisors and make your mark on New York Commercial Real Estate by growing the strongest CRE Brokerage team in the City as our Sales Manager.

    The Sales Manager will provide leadership, coaching, and developmental feedback to our Investment Sales and Debt Brokers to help ensure their success. This individual will manage the team's pipeline and CRM performance. The Sales Manager will work with Brokers on selling techniques including client communications and presentations to achieve sales goals. This individual will act as a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the workforce and their time wisely in order to maximize results.

    **Responsibilities will include:**

    Recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team of Investment Sales and Debt Brokers.

    Ensuring team members have the required training necessary to help them succeed.

    Developing coaching, and leading individual Brokers to sustainably achieve and exceed the minimum level of performance expectations.

    Measuring team development and progress on a regular basis utilizing CRM and business intelligence to make sure that we are tracking towards set targets.

    Identifying and addressing gaps and obstacles that are preventing target and KPI achievement, implementing any necessary corrective measures to deliver the expected results.

    **What You Bring to the Job:**

    Bachelors degree and a minimum of five years related experience.

    Minimum 3 years sales management is required.

    Commercial Real Estate experience a plus.

    High energy level with a strong client focus.

    Experience with multi-million-dollar negotiation a plus.

    Contract negotiations a plus.
