Job Description:


In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will support the global real estate fundraising efforts and provide operational oversight and guidance to the global team.

The main areas of responsibility for the Marketing Coordinator include:


  • Global responsibility for coordinating investor roadshows and all nonUS investor meeting requests in New York
  • Liaise directly with investors, ICS coverage and product teams, firm investment professionals, PWS and PCG teams, executive assistants, and marketing coordinators to help set tone of investor meetings and ensure appropriate staffing and agendas
  • Coordinate briefing notes and ensure relevant materials are prepared (including L&C clearance)
  • Oversee and recommend related travel, expense coding, meeting invites and information logged in Salesforce
  • Own and update global internal marketing/event calendar, ensure all meetings globally are appropriately staffed and assist with preparation of materials
  • Support Investor Engagement team on a variety of projects, including:
  • Global event strategy, budget and tracking
  • Operational technology initiatives
  • Annual Investor Conference and other conference planning
  • Assist product specialist and coverage teams with fund closings/LP tracking and onboarding
  • Various ad‐hoc projects and new business initiatives often leveraging Microsoft Excel and/or Powerpoint
  • Seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency of global RE ICS team operations
  • Assist with planning internal global/crossregional team meetings and events

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, be resourceful and independently manage projects to completion
  • Comfortable engaging with senior management on a regular basis
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint and Outlook with an emphasis on Excel)
  • Willingness to learn about and keep up to date with new technologies and programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable

Expected annual base salary range:
$80,000 - $115,000


Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.

For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.


Additional compensation:
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:

  • Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or and client questions;
