We are real estate brokerage located on the Upper East Side, managing 300+ rental & sales exclusives across Manhattan & Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Dumbo & Greenpoint).

We are looking for full-time, motivated real estate agents with a minimum 1 year of real estate experience working in Manhattan.

Agents will be given a constant stream of quality leads from our exclusives and will be responsible for showing clients apartments across our portfolio and other properties on the market.

We offer competitive commission splits that are based on agents level of experience, attractive bonus packages, hands-on training and loads of resources.

- is familiar with the open listing market
- is familiar with platforms such as OLR, STREETEASY
- is familiar with landlord/management companies and procedures

- is coachable and willing to learn
- has sales experience (preferred)

• Experience and requirements:
• MUST be a selfstarter and eager to improve
• MUST work full time
• MUST hold a valid NY real estate license
• MUST have basic computer skills
