We are seeking motivated individuals with real estate experience who are passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

This is a COMISSION based job.


Duties:


  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
  • Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, showings, and paperwork efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate law, property management, and market trends is beneficial
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
  • Administrative skills for handling contracts, listings, and other real estate administrative tasks

Pay:
$70, $300,000.00 per year
