    Description
    We seek an energetic, creative, and self-motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our expanding team. If you have a passion for the outdoors, enjoy connecting with people, and are driven to make a global impact, we would love to speak with you. This position is perfect for those who embody an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive on customer interaction, and are resilient in facing challenges. This 1099 commission-based sales position has an uncapped earning potential with average commissions between$3,000 and $12,000 per installation. No territory restrictions within MA, RI, CT, and eastern NY.

    Key Responsibilities of our Solar Sales Representative:
    • Generate and qualify leads through various marketing strategies, including door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, online marketing, and participation in tabling events.
    • Schedule and conduct both in-home and virtual solar consultations to educate homeowners on solar energy benefits.
    • Provide exceptional customer experience during all interactions.
    • Maintain daily detailed records of client communications, leads, and referrals using ERPs and CRMs, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
    • Engage in daily team meetings and training events to enhance knowledge and skills.

    • Must be available to work weekends.
    • Technologically proficient with internet access to a computer, tablet, and smartphone.
