Job Summary
The Client Service Manager will drive key initiatives and long-term goals through digital innovation and analyzing KPIs. They will implement retention strategies and continue to build relationships with our clients.

Location
This position allows for remote work 2 days a week. Office days will be at our Vadnais Heights, MN location.

Key Responsibilities

Client Retention
Design and implement client retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business.

Manage Client Relationships.

Represent the company to clients and prospective clients as necessary.

Ensure that clients are provided service levels that meet their expectations.

Coordinate with the client, programming, and operations areas to define and clarify project specifications, ensure that project requirements are met to meet client specifications.

Build, Manage and Continue to Grow Digital Innovation
Create new value using digital tools, platforms, technologies, and processes.

Measure ROI for digital projects.

Identify new tools that can support and enhance our goals.

Develop, Monitor and Analyze KPIs
Identify client retention requirements and opportunities for improvement.

Gather information and determine appropriate methods to analyze client growth and retention.

Qualifications

Ability to quickly understand and identify risk in data sources and make appropriate, effective recommendations.

Experience in managing and leading a team.

Experience in Accounts Receivable Management preferred.

Experience in a Sales, Account Management, Consulting, or Client Facing role.

Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.

Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations, ability to be clear and concise both verbally and in writing.
