    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Vertical Aviation International (VAI) stands as the foremost authority in pioneering, promoting, and broadening the specialized operational capabilities of vertical flight for greater good of society.     Position Overview: We are on the lookout for an experienced Database Administration Manager to oversee our Association Management Software (AMS), Impexium. In this pivotal role, the primary duties will be to uphold data integrity across the association through the establishment of robust policies and procedures and by providing comprehensive staff training.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Master the functionalities of Impexium to leverage it fully within our contractual scope.
    • Formulate and execute association-wide policies to improve data integrity.
    • Develop an Impexium Staff Guide, complete with SOPs, and conduct training sessions on effective usage.
    • Serve as the relationship manager between Impexium and VAI.
    • Manage program source coding and segmentation across various initiatives.
    • Conduct regular data analysis to bolster program efforts and suggest improvements.
    • Stay abreast of and apply best practices for data integrity and management.
    • Handle data integration between Impexium and external platforms like Real Magnet, Blue Sky, and others.
    • Spearhead the creation and execution of annual research plans.
    • Oversee the prospect/lead processes and ensure proper synchronization with Impexium.
    • Support Membership staff with member engagement, conversion efforts, and data audits.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Five years of AMS experience, including at least 3 years as a database administrator.
    • Proficient in SQL, HTML, and advanced Excel.
    • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
    • Familiarity with email, registration, LMS systems, and CMS integration preferred.
    • Experience in a non-profit environment with escalating responsibilities.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
    • Creative and strategic mindset, with strong leadership abilities and attention to detail.
    • Highly motivated with the capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
