    Description

    Bottino is looking for someone who thrives on wearing a variety of hats within the horpitality industry, Including assisting our in analysis of our P/L and COGS, impllement and maintaint inventory software management to accurately report COGS, assist with HR onboarding of employees and record keeping, interact with chefs and managers to maintaincurrent recipes for cost-tracking, updating POS system as needed.

    For the individual with the right personality, background and interest, there is also the opportunity to engage in Events planning and assisting in emails and client communication in our busy events department.

    Some restaurant floor management and service mabagement may also be part of the wide range of duties the right person may assume over time, growing in their role.

    Candidates with interest in restaurant operations, knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Docs; icomputer skills of all types helpfiul as well.

    Interest in understanding the operational aspects of a restaurant is a plus Excellent written English, Spanish fluency helpful, interest and curiostiy about the functioning of a restaurant is key Outgoing, take charge and highly organized person needed
