Operations Coordinator### Skills:
- Office experience 5 years (preferred)
- Construction office experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work and researching skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Speak/read/write in fluent English. Can multitask. Great followup skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping, saving, printing, scanning, and organizing electronic file
- Preparing billing reports, estimates, change orders and other invoicing forms in Excel
- Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets (simple bookkeeping)
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary
- Be able to prioritize various day to day duties to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed, willing to learn other administrative duties.
