TikTok is seeking a motivated and eager HR Operations TPA to support our Human Resources Operations team in the US.

The HR Operations team at TikTok helps ensure strong quality, experience, and process for the Lifecycle Operations function.

We support the employee lifecycle journey from hiring to separation, including onboarding, job status changes, timekeeping, data and reporting, and offboarding.

This is a full-time role that can be located in our Los Angeles, CA, New York City, NY, or Austin, TX offices.

This role is a 12-month temporary assignment. This role will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.


Responsibilities:


  • Accurate data entry and reporting by utilizing a number of HR systems such as Workday
  • Coordinate high volumes of new hire onboarding and onboarding efficiently and quickly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Day 1 and new employee orientation
  • Process employee job status changes and terminations by preparing and collecting paperwork, partnering with various supporting teams to ensure smooth execution of procedures
  • Provide first-level HR operations help desk support to resolve employee and stakeholder inquiries and issues
  • Support data management and employee files
  • HR-related projects as assigned in areas of administration, compliance, operations, and employee experience

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of coordination and/or administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, and technology-centric work environment with 1+ years of HR operations experience preferred
  • Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards action that thrives on solving tough challenges
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage shifting priorities
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to perform VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
  • Strong PowerPoint/Slides skills, including the ability to create and communicate professional presentations
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly
Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $26- $41.
