    Quality Management Specialist

    Description

    Vidoori, Inc., a rapidly growing small business that specializes in building strong Engineering teams that provide high quality, modern technical solutions to our clients is seeking a Quality Management Assistant who will:

    • Assists in managing operational efficiencies, schedule management, project plans, and procedural documentation
    • Helps to track and support the quality management of Vidoori's contractual performance through continuous improvement
    • Writes and updates process documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
    • Coordinates and manages updates to service management plans, analysis evaluations and quality assessments for proper implementation of quality standards

    • Knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in Quality Management.
    • Effective administrative and organizational skills.

    Competencies

    • Communication proficiency (written and verbal)
    • 2 -4 Years of quality management experience
    • Familiarity with Quality Management standards such as ISO/CMMI
    • Very Strong Interpersonal Skills
    • Schedule Management

    Preferred Skills

    • Training as a CMMI Appraiser or experience leading the preparation for ISO and/or CMMI certification.
    • Experience leading Internal Audits of Departments and Projects
    • Experience in Federal Government contracts

    Experience

    Seeking 2-4 years of professional experience with a minimum of two years in quality management and administration. Bachelor's degree required.
