  • Assists with contract audit recommendations.

  • Negotiate contracts, including confidentiality agreements, Master Services Agreements and Material Transfer Agreements
  • Serve as liason between Contracts department, HR Department and Finance Department. 
  • Drafting components of RFPs for review as well as administering requests for proposals and integrating them into contract terms. 
  • Propose edits and redlined Participators and Direct Support Staff agreement to incorporate company’s preferred terms and conditions
