    Summary: Responsible for assisting the sales team in selling goods and services, identifying opportunities by researching market trends, and generating more revenue resources for the business to increase profitability according to public demands.

    Primary Duties:

    • Act as a communication bridge between the client, sales, and operations team.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
    • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and sales orders and ensure that each is completed accurately and timely.
    • Enter and maintain client data in the system to ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping.
    • Ensure that all customer service requirements are met or exceeded.
    • Route client and potential customer calls, web leads, e-mails and faxes to suitable member of sales team for action to focus on customer's needs.
    • Assist marketing activities inclusive of client events and mailing.
    • Support sales team for final format check of presentation of standard documentation, customer proposals and quotations.
    • Ensure all invoicing are completed with accuracy.
    • Research and collect information for market analysis, RFP's and prospective opportunities.
    • Ensure all marketing material including brochures, labels and mailing lists are accurate and accessible.
    • Assist in AR
    • Fill online reports of live inventory for key accounts who require us to do so.
    • Help organize suppliers visit – and while here help in coordinating their visit while they are in the city and participate in tastings, etc...
    • Help organize flow of samples between Dallas office and suppliers.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in sales
    • Strong Customer Service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Be team oriented.
    • Have ability to juggle multiple activities & prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Have ability to learn Netsuite
