    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Essential Responsibilities:

    A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at A-1 is responsible for delivering a first-class experience for our customers at every interaction. The right candidate enjoys working directly with customers and is able to maintain a professional disposition in any scenario. Additionally, the CSR will be able to manage all workflow through our multiple channels of communication with clients and internal team members.

    • Handle calls a day professionally and timely.
    • Answer all inquiries via phone, email, and online.
    • Book ground transportation reservations for customers and assist with logistical planning and modifications as needed.
    • Responsible for accurate record keeping and data entry.
    • Quickly handle real-time changes and maintains healthy lines of communication with dispatch and field operatives.
    • Work professionally and effectively with 3rd party affiliates and vendors.
    • Build rapport with each customer and focuses on the overall customer experience.
    • Work closely with our sales department in efforts that contribute to sales growth.
    • Work closely with our dispatch department in managing the life of a reservation from intake to delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Handle escalated calls, complaints, and questions from our valuable customers with urgency and bring them to a positive resolution.
    • Manage other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • Call Center experience is a plus.
    • Data entry experience.
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Professional and customer-friendly phone etiquette.
    • Team player with a solid work ethic.
    • Must be a self-starter and takes initiative.
    • Must be able to work one weekend day per week.
    • High School Degree or GED. Associate (Preferred)
