Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with manufacturers, customers, and providing essential support to our sales team.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
- Work closely with manufacturers and customers to ensure a seamless experience from order placement to delivery.
- Assist the sales team in creating estimates and quotes for customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$43, $47,000.00 per year
