In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Applicants must have existing knowledge of the printing and/or the pressure sensitive label printing industry
• Should have some experience with materials commonly used in the printing industry such as papers, inks, coatings etc.
• Must understand and be able to speak with customers about setting up print jobs in the flexo process.
• Must be computer literate and able to quickly pick up and utilize company order entry systems.
• Communicate with existing and new Clients
• All administrative work related to customer orders.
• Provide quotes to customers
• Work with production teams to schedule and plan jobs.
• Advise customers of job status
• Handle all customer complaints with QC department

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers
• Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
