    Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and sales? Do you excel in working independently to "hunt" for leads and referrals? If so, we want to hear from you We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help drive our growth in the Managed IT Services industry. You will also have the opportunity to help shape a growing sales team and take advantage of growth opportunities as a top performer.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities based on the company's Ideal Client Profile
    • Prospect to generate new leads and build a pipeline within the Atlanta Metro Area
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through strategic outreach via cold calls, emails, networking, and social media platforms
    • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales and lead nurture strategies
    • Educate prospects about the benefits, features, and differentiators of our managed services offerings
    • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
    • Manage and update customer information and activities in the CRM system
    • Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets
    • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge

    Must-Have Background and Skills

    • Must have worked for a managed services provider for at least 2 years in Sales
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred
    • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on B2B or enterprise sales
    • 2+ years of sales experience within an MSP
    • Outside sales experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies (i.e. Consultative Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN Selling, Value Selling, etc.)
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
    • Strong sales acumen and business development skills
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
    • Resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities
    • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Customer-focused approach with a dedication to delivering value
    • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
