    Description

    Location: Office-based in Norcross, GA (potentially remote after 6 months)

    Compensation: Commission-based.

    Seeking a Sales Development Representative to help clients recover surplus funds from home foreclosure sales

    Qualifications:

    Goal driven/problem-solver/outstanding verbal communication skills with ability to convert prospects into clients

    Must have sales closing experience (OK if not exactly in the same industry)

    Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Drive, google search).

    Responsibilities:

    Own the sales journey including the closing process. This involves:

    • Contacting prospects via calls/SMS/emails to inform of surplus funds available from foreclosure
    • Parsing nonsense information to see a clear picture
    • Preparing contracts for execution by prospect
    • Arranging meetings with prospect for execution of contract

    Prepare client file

    Set up meeting with client for disbursement of surplus funds
