    We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about making meaningful business connections and helping others succeed.

    As Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying prospects and initiating the first outreach with potential clients.

    You'll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target using state-of-the-art tools such as ZoomInfo and HubSpot.

    You'll use your strong communication and relationship-building skills to book meetings and fill the pipeline for the sales team, helping Rocket IT expand our customer base.

    The ideal BDR candidate is results-oriented and driven to achieve. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain knowledge of Rocket IT technology stack and service offeringsStrategize with company leadership team members and marketing expertsIdentify executive decision makers at target companies and initiate communicationMake outbound prospecting calls to generate interest in our IT services solutionBook sales appointments with key decision makers for Rocket IT sales professionals Develop and maintain a prospect database using company softwareQualifications4-year college degree1-3 years B2B sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany Culture and BenefitsThe Rocket IT team is comprised of kind, curious, creative problem-solvers who work and play by our values:Connect with People

    Full-time team members are required to be in our Suwanee office at least 3 days per week and may be able to work remotely the other 2 days.
