    The Sr. Global Marketing Analyst – Microbiology for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for new product commercialization and market research to drive growth within the organization. In addition, you will support a team of global marketers to promote products that make an impact on patient care.

    This position is part of the Marketing and Project Management office located in Sacramento, CA and will be remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

    You will be a part of the Global Commercial Marketing team and report to the Director of Global Commercial Marketing- Microbiology responsible for global product commercialization and product promotion.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Use domain knowledge along with research and analytical skills for market sizing, market landscaping and workflow analysis in the medical diagnostic space
    • Build go-to-market plans to support commercialization of third-party products that have material impact to patient care, inclusive of part number life cycle
    • Utilize the Danaher Business System to build and own processes specific to new product commercialization in alignment with global marketing and sales teams
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to assess the impact of campaigns on brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement
    • Monitor and analyze digital strategies employed by competitors. Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • Bachelor's degree in Life Science / Biotechnology, Business / Marketing or a related field with 5+ years of related experience or a master's degree with 3+ years of related experience.
    • 1 years or more of work experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related industry
    • Demonstrated experience in projects involving market segmentation
    • Ability to comfortably work cross-functionally within a matrixed organization and influence key partners across the business

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Experience in Microbiology (Clinical Diagnostics and Clinical Microbiology)
    • Experience working in a Healthcare regulated Product Development and Sales environment, e.g., FDA, IVD

    The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $82,400 - $144,200. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
