- Assurer la coordination des activits sur les projets attitrs visant latteinte des objectifs de livraison et de qualit.
- Etablir et piloter le planning partir des donnes transmises par les quipes techniques.
- Analyser les carts et proposer des plans dactions
- Consolider les estimations de dure des tches et tablir le plan de charge correspondant, remonter les surcharges ventuelles.
- Evaluer les risques projets et coordonner les parties prenantes pour la mise en uvre dactions prventives.
- Raliser le suivi financier du projet (vrification des dpenses, estimation du reste faire ainsi que la proposition dactions correctives en cas de dpassement).
- Animer le reporting en pilotant les diffrents indicateurs et KPI's permettant dvaluer la performance et le suivi du projet.

Rattach aux quipes projets dExpleo, vous tes linterlocuteur(trice) privilgi(e) face nos clients et vous tes en support sur la ralisation de leurs projets.
Au quotidien ?
Vritable interface entre les diffrents ples dun grand donneur dordre de larmement, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Qui tes-vous ?
De formation ingnieur ou Bac+5, vous avez une premire exprience en management de projet ou gestion de projet dans un environnement industriel.
Vos qualits ?
Vous avez un esprit de synthse, des qualits de leadership, de proactivit et vous tes dot(e) d'un bon relationnel.
Votre envie dapprendre, votre curiosit et votre capacit traiter des donnes sensibles seront des atouts complmentaires votre candidature
Vos comptences ?
De bonnes comptences en rdaction et communication en anglais sont souhaites.
La maitrise de diffrentes mthodologies et doutils de gestion de projet est un plus (MS Project, Planisware, Primavera).
