How you contribute

  • General administrative tasks in the field of Technical Facility Management (TFM)
  • Checking invoices and delivery notes
  • Writing orders and preparing invoices
  • Administration and monitoring of various deadlines
  • General correspondence as well as scheduling and office organization

    • What you bring

  • Successfully completed commercial training as an office management assistant, office clerk, industrial clerk or similar
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience in a similar position and technical interest desirable
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
