How and where should goods be stored? How do goods arrive at the right place at the right time? These and many other tricky topics are encountered by merchants for wholesale and foreign trade management on a daily basis. Purchasing goods, monitoring delivery dates, inspecting deliveries, conducting sales negotiations, and documenting business processes - these tasks are part of the training.

Your tasks:
  • Purchasing: Setting conditions for suppliers
  • Preparing correspondence with suppliers and customers, some of which may be in foreign languages
  • Customer-oriented approach and customer retention
  • Advising customers to support their purchasing decisions
  • Success-oriented calculation of profits
  • Planning marketing channels
What you bring:
  • Good secondary school diploma, general or specialized high school diploma
  • Good performance in German
  • Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Knowledge of common office software
  • Good understanding of numbers
