- Develop spreadsheets for account analysis and journal entries in order to keep records organized and standardized.

- PO/Contracts/Subcontracts
- Other accounting tasks as assigned
- This person will work closely with Accounting Clerks and Business Manager during year end close and year-end audit.
- Basic computer skills
- Prior knowledge of Maximo or Deltek Costpoint REQUIRED
- Must be able to provide US Citizenship
- Clean, neat, and professional personal appearance
- Must have, and maintain, a valid driver's license
- Must have the ability to communicate the English language both verbally and written in an effective manner.
