- Oversee, mentor and manage Account Coordinators, working closely with them to establish deadlines and timelines, map out work to be done and review work before it is shared with another supervisor
- Assist AEs and SAEs in the implementation and management of client initiatives
- Manage the tracking of account award submissions and speaking opportunities
- Participate in weekly conference calls with clients.
- Assist in the development of all client materials and reporting, ensuring the final materials are "review ready" and have few changes by supervisors.
- Lead by example in all client communication
- Lead daily competitor and client monitoring searches alongside AC, flagging relevant updates to teams via Slack.
- Lead daily media monitoring searching alongside AC, ensuring press coverage is found and shared with clients within 24 hours of going live
- Mastery of PR tools and databases
- Conduct outreach to tier 1 + 2 publications, securing at least 3-4 placements per month/per campaign for each account
- Secure solid media relationships on behalf of Multiply
- Participate in weekly team media touch bases
- Assist in reporting for clients including media coverage, monitoring, clips, etc.
- Provide support for influencer programming
- Add influencers to Multiply database with relevant notes about partnership
- Work with AC to monitor for people talking about our clients, competitors, or brands with the landscape
- Work with AC to monitor for social media trends across all channels
- Coordination of content shoots, content management and content publishing
- Coordination of community management
- Coordination of paid social campaigns
- Work with AC to record social metrics for all active channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Establish and maintain a strong organizational system that ensures all deadlines are met and priorities are established daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Apply high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities at once
- Show passion for your work and put forth your best effort in everything you do
- Ensure good work is acknowledged and mistakes are dealt with properly/respectfully.
- Actively participating in company initiatives and meetings
- Demonstrate sound judgment and discretion for conflict resolution
- Think entrepreneurially and contribute positively to Multiply's culture
