- Design and manage data imports, datasets, workflows, queries, reports, forms, and other Slate functions in collaboration with Enrollment Management teams and other university departments.
- Develop and manage reports and queries to support the university's operational and strategic enrollment goals.
- Create and maintain reports for tracking students from the point of initial interest through enrollment.
- Build queries, reports, and tools to provide relevant data to Enrollment Management teams, Director of Institutional Research, and other campus constituents.
- Assist with data importing, data integrity, and quality control.
- Collaborate with other campus departments on clean-up and tracking projects to maintain data integrity.
- Perform data entry and data cleanup including the deduping process through Consolidated Records in the Slate instance.
- Build and execute audits to monitor and ensure data integrity.
- Test functionality and audit Slate processes.
- Provide technical support and training to CRM users in processes and procedures regarding student records and Slate functionality.
- Proactively assesses areas for improvement, recommends solutions based on best practices, and follows through to implementation.
- Contributes to the ongoing improvement of Enrollment Management processes, including learning and integrating new technology, and creating training/user documentation.

The Enrollment Systems Coordinator (CRM coordinator) is a member of Westminster University's Enrollment Management division. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and supports the Enrollment Management division and campus partners.Enrollment Management is a collaborative team committed to providing and supporting services that attract, enroll, and retain students. The Enrollment Management division seeks to offer a student-centered, service-focused, and innovative enrollment experience that supports the college's strategic priorities.
As part of these efforts, the Enrollment CRM specialist supports the daily functions of the customer relationship management (CRM) tool within Enrollment Management (Slate).
Responsibilities include performing daily activities related to the administration of Slate CRM including developing and implementing data standards and procedures; managing datasets, applications, workflows, forms, reports, and queries; building forms; providing support for CRM users including access, permissions, training, and troubleshooting; reviewing data for integrity; assisting with the creation of rules; and coordinating the annual update process.
The Enrollment CRM Specialist is responsible for researching and recommending features and practices to continually improve enrollment workflow and efficiency.
This role supports student success by ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollment related materials and information.
Success in this role requires a high degree of interpersonal interaction, as well as self-directed autonomous work. It is required that the employee be on-campus, in-person but occasional remote work is possible.
