We are currently looking for a Contract and Claim Manager (m/f/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at our location in Berlin.
Your tasks:

You will support the project management team in the contractual management of our projects from the beginning
You will assist with contract and claim management, prepare written submissions, cost comparisons, and all related documents for claims in coordination with the project management team
In addition to preparing and following up on claim negotiations, you will also conduct them in coordination with the project management team
You will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating project risks and implementing countermeasures
To efficiently handle claims, you will support the development of a database and ensure sustainable documentation
You will also contribute to the development of a reporting system for planning claims in the East region, as well as anti-claim management and claim defense to support the project management team
