Your tasks:

As an IT specialist for system integration HR payroll (m/f/d), you will support the coordination and technical processing of monthly payroll runs and related activities (e.g.

data transmission to tax authorities and health insurance companies).
You ensure the functionality of internal interfaces to downstream systems and identify potential for improvement.

You coordinate and resolve employee inquiries from the service ticket system and ensure employee access to the master data management payroll & HR systems.

You develop and create detailed evaluations and statistics using the reporting system Microsoft SQL Server.

You independently analyze processes and identify optimization potential in order to continuously develop the user-friendliness of the system landscape in payroll and support adjustments and maintenance as part of a team.
