Promoting Perspectives" is a collaborative project between the city of Pforzheim and the organizations GBE and Q-PRINTS&SERVICE.

The goal is to create and implement programs to improve the living and employment situation of unemployed individuals over the age of 18, particularly in the neighborhoods of Weststadt, Innenstadt, Oststadt, and the current redevelopment area of Nordstadt II.

Your responsibilities will include:

Individual counseling, coaching, and group activities
Assessing skills and profiling
Providing advice and support for job search and career development
Collaborating with other organizations and stakeholders to create and implement programs and initiatives for the target group.
