About Us:
As the Strategy and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire strategy and planning process.

This includes ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, and internal policies, as well as monitoring process metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.

Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining the process, as well as managing your own project and driving the implementation of our new EPM system, Oracle Cloud.

This will involve coordinating requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and training, as well as providing support and guidance to relevant departments for seamless integration into our process and system landscape.

You will continuously optimize our planning and control processes by identifying bottlenecks, inefficient processes, and improvement opportunities. This may include developing measures to increase efficiency and researching new system functions and process-related best practices.

Additionally, you will regularly produce reports and analyses on the planning and control process, identifying risks and opportunities and providing crucial information for management decision-making.
