    We are actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruiting Manager with a unique blend of recruiting expertise and sales acumen.

    This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also driving business development through client acquisition.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
    Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
    Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide valuable insights to hiring teams.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in recruitment.
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities.
    Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs.
    Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiate terms and agreements.
    Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the client base.
    Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategies for improvement.
    Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
    Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) regulations.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues proactively.


    Skills/Qualifications:
    Proven experience in recruitment and sales, with a successful track record in both areas.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

    Hours : 8AM-5PM Monday
