For our ambulatory care service, which is run with a lot of heart, we are looking for a
Deputy Nursing Service Manager / Responsible Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis.


Your responsibilities:


As the deputy nursing service manager, you will support our nursing service manager Lolita Rayvych and hold an important key position.

Personnel management: You will assist with personnel management, planning and development, as well as recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.

Coordination: You will coordinate the nursing operation, ensure that care plans are followed, and monitor the smooth running of care activities.

Quality assurance: You will work to improve the quality of care and monitor compliance with standards and protocols.

Communication: You will act as a liaison between nursing staff, patients and their families, and other departments in the healthcare sector.

Administrative tasks: This includes organizing work schedules, managing resources, and monitoring budgets.

Emergency management: In case of emergencies, you will assist with coordination and crisis management.
