Description
The Human Resources department is responsible for personnel work at Schwarz Dienstleistung KG. They provide comprehensive support and advice to all departments in implementing operational and strategic HR management issues, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and offboarding. The department also develops and implements suitable HR processes and systems, and is responsible for the continuous improvement of the company's culture and leadership.

Your Responsibilities
Our HR Digitalization team is responsible for the implementation, operation, and further development of our HR systems. In numerous projects, our team of four drives the digitalization and continuous improvement of our HR systems. Our current major projects include the group-wide implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central with integration of recruiting and onboarding, as well as the rollout of ServiceNow for the HR services department.
  • Take on a key role in HR digitalization and drive projects such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or ServiceNow
  • Support the continuous optimization of our HR systems
  • Implement, develop, and operate HR systems
  • Categorize, evaluate, and prioritize HR requirements
  • Create and implement work packages, including coordination with our data protection and works councils
  • Continuously improve the responsible applications and processes in the HR area
  • Manage change and release management
  • Ensure up-to-date and appropriate documentation and transfer of knowledge to key users and users
