To support our personnel consultants, we are currently seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter for recruiting technically demanding vacancies.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with the projectleading personnel consultant
Direct search through XING, LinkedIn, and other social networks
Conducting interviews with candidates and presenting external vacancies
Identifying and contacting suitable candidates through active sourcing with creative ideas
Managing candidates, including written communication and scheduling meetings for personnel consultants
Creating job postings with SEO optimization
Coordinating and mediating in the recruiting process between candidates and clients
Supporting social media marketing, such as creating and posting content for employer branding
Optimizing internal processes, tools, and procedures and contributing and implementing own ideas
Preparing data and creating evaluations of campaign performance, posts, applications, etc.

Qualifications:

Completed degree or training in HR or media
Experience as an HR researcher, talent sourcer, active sourcer, or assistant in personnel consulting, recruitment, recruiting, or talent acquisition
