    Description

    Position: Product Operations Manager

    Location: Cupertino, California (Hybrid Schedule)

    Pay Rate: $65-$75/HR (DOE)

    Contract 6 Month (Extension Likely)

    Responsibilities:

    • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer support teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and execute product initiatives.
    • Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the product development lifecycle.
    • Management: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
    • and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms for tracking and reporting product performance metrics.
    • Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact product delivery or quality and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
    • Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure products meet high-quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
    • Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes, tools, and methodologies.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
    • Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the product operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
    • experience in product management, project management, or operations management, preferably in the technology industry.
    • years of experience in product management for tools or consumer products, product operations or business operations.
    • at a high-growth technology firm: Digital Media/ Entertainment/ Mobile Gaming industry experience preferred.
    • of the IOS, macOS, and App Store ecosystems preferred.
    • understanding of product development methodologies, processes, and best practices.
    • communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment towards common goals.
    • in project management tools and software applications.
    • in project management (e.g., PMP) or product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) is a plus.
