I am a result-driven professional with an Agile and operational
Management mindset having 15+ years of experience. My strengths
are leadership, metrics-driven operational efficiency, and the
experience I have gained while playing various roles managing Global
Executive Support, IT Asset Lifecycle and management, IT End-user
support & operations, Budget and forecast, Business strategy, AV
Events, and AV Supports, R&D Lab, Service desk and mentorship.

Responsible for managing Global IT Executive support, C-Stas, and
IT Asset management lifecycle for US & Canada with 15 reporting. My
Exec support team provides IT support and services to 350+ C Sta,
Senior Vice presidents, Vice presidents, and Executive assistants.
Based on my performance, I have been given an additional role to
manage the Asset Management and deployment team responsible
for the IT asset inventory, forecast, demand, and lifecycle of ~30000
employees across the US and Canada.
