I volunteered and worked as an afterschool teacher until I was hired to be a retail leader. Retail management provides most of my formal training in customer service leadership, administrative foundations, and business operations background until I changed industries to explore the property management sector. More recently, I learned more about running multifamily living, facilities administration, office management and multi-property servicing and marketing, as well as business and talent development.
Experience
My top skills which have brought success to the companies include: Organization, Consistency, and Knowing-My-Why have been key in the roles that I have had so far. Some successes that I have contributed to which have lead to company growth are:
1.Provided supervisory roles to a store which was top performing in sales.
2.Provided training to newbies after being the top consultant for a major equity LLC.
3.Promoted leadership and hired new talent for a major chain
Education
I have completed 38 units of college from Evergreen Valley College and was an independent studies student through Brigham Young University.
My current self-taught education includes: many cookbooks
I am also in process of writing a booklet on the basics of financial literacy.
