    Summary

    The Supervisor, MQ Operations Planning Administration position is responsible for planning support & operations billing related verification support, reviewing, and verifying invoices for accuracy (outbound TMS & inbound TMS Zuum). They will also be the liaison person to handle various aspects of issues on A/P & A/R / P&L through proper maintenance of record keeping (invoice and proof of delivery processes) and coordinate with MQ operations for proper follow through of directions designed by MQ management.

    Responsibilities
    • Primary person for bridging MQ Operations and MQ Admin responsible for verifying correct rates and guide team for accuracy
    • Collaborate & support admin team members by mentoring, monitoring, and training billing matter (AP & AR)
    • Audit large quantities of invoices (both in and outbound), update carriers with aging reports for past due payments, and verify rates
    • Analyze and review all dedicated vendor's rate(s)
    • Process and maintain data for all outbound manual invoices
    • Troubleshoot IT related TMS system errors for invoice issues, also request necessary modifications
    • Provide support to audit accounting book for vendors which serves in dedicated movement program (MDD, Trinionm, and Bail)
    • Analyze and review all A/P accounts and reconciliation whenever there is payment issue
    • Coordinate and assist for ocean export and repositioning movement (dedicated movement)
    • Review and process ocean invoices and maintain the ocean invoice summary for A/R
    • Review and approve the invoice inquiry by requesting rate verification on TMS
    • Support AR collection from customers
    • Combine and send manual pass thru invoice [to costumer] with all supporting doc
    • Periodic data analysis (TMS (outbound) data to SAP) for profit & loss report to Operations for verification review
    • Provide reports to management upon request
    • Support Admin for the month-end process (accrual A/P and A/R amount for outbound)
    • Order office stationary & kitchen supplies
    • Be utility player that is open to handling any given tasks related to MQ Planning & Admin function
    Compensation Range

    $72,000-$85,000 per year ( Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • 5 - 8 Years of Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Required;2 Years of Indirect Experience Preferred
    • 4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
