    Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.

    Opportunity to cross sell to our current project-based clients and act as a Staffing Overlay Subject Matter Expert (SME) to other NFF Sales Executives.

    Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
    Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the delivery of quality candidates to clients.
    Provide regular updates to management on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast.
    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system.
    Attend networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows to generate new business lead.


    We are looking for an executive who is innovative, analytical, and has a proven track record of success in sales.

    You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the IT staffing markets. 5+ Years of successful professional experience in an IT Staffing Sales and/or Business Development role
    Demonstrated success in generating new business by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
    Bachelor's Degree in related fields or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
