    Overview:

    We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for sales and customer service.

    Duties:

    Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals

    Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team

    Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

    Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any customer issues or inquiries

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

    Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth

    Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

    Ability to analyze data and generate reports

    Knowledge of outside sales techniques and business development strategies

    Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

    Technical sales experience is a plus

    Strong customer service orientation
